REPTILE EXPERIENCE GIFT VOUCER

This experience gives one young participant, recommended for ages from 6 - 16 years, the opportunity to shadow our reptile keeper and learn about the daily care of our reptiles inside the reptile house.

During the experience, participants will follow the keeper through daily husbandry routines. They will help change water in selected enclosures, take temperature readings, and assist with basic enclosure cleaning where required. Participants will also learn about reptile behaviour, care, and welfare. This is not a handling experience, and all activities are carefully designed to prioritise animal welfare.

As part of the experience, participants will have the opportunity to touch and take photos with large snake sheds. They will also help feed lizards in the reptile room and assist with feeding terrapins and the ocellated lizard outdoors.
